Award Criteria

The Most Improved Team Award recognises the junior Teeball, Machine Pitch (Zooka) or baseball team that has demonstrated the most significant overall improvement throughout the season at St Patrick's Baseball Club.

While the award is typically presented to a team within the U8 to U10 age groups, eligibility is not limited to those divisions alone.

In assessing the award, consideration may be given to:

• The overall development of the team’s baseball skills, knowledge and on-field performance throughout the season.

• Improvement in teamwork, sportsmanship, attitude and commitment to training and matches.

• The team’s growth in confidence, communication, discipline and understanding of the game.

• The manner in which players, coaches and team officials have embraced the values, culture and spirit of St Pat’s.

The award celebrates collective growth, effort and development, recognising teams that have shown exceptional progress and commitment over the course of the season.
